Welcome to Big Lake Guide Service on Lake Sakakawea. My name is Aaron Hayden and I will be your guide. 


I specialize in walleye and salmon fishing trips, but can also target small mouth bass, northern pike and catfish - which are very abundant on Lake Sakakawea and the Missouri River.

Fishing Boats We Use

Your walleye trips on Lake Sakakawea will be fished out of a 21 foot Skeeter WX2190 fishing boat. This boat is made for big water and offers the comfortability and space to fish from (red boat pictured).

Your salmon charters will be ran out of a 20 foot Thunderjet with full enclosure. This will make your guided salmon fishing trips very comfortable.

Big Lake Guide Service is based out of Riverdale, ND.
